At St. Catherine of Siena School we strive to provide a comprehensive and innovative curriculum for our students at an accessible tuition rate. We believe that a Catholic education should be an option for any family that wants to provide it for their child.
Basic Tuition
10 monthly payments (August 2020 to May 2021)
TK = $520 per child
Grades K to 8th grade:
$470 per child,
$800 per 2 children,
$900 per 3 children,
$1,000 per 4 children
Registration Fee
$680 per child
Fundraising commitment
$350 per family per school year
Service Hours
40 Service Hours per family per school year
8th grade Graduation Fee
$225 per student, due December 1st 2020

Financial Assistance
Dear Parents requesting financial assistance,
Catholic Education is a great gift that you as parents, we as a school, the parish and in general, the Archdiocese of Los Angeles wants to give to all our children. However, we face the serious challenge of having enough economic resources to do so. Without the tuition our school couldn't exist.
In case of extenuating circumstances, the school may grant some tuition assistance to families that meet necessary requirements:
1. Turn-in the “Request for Tuition Assistance Form” to Mrs. Rivas before April 30, 2020.
2. Bring a copy of your most recent tax return. If you file only one tax return together as a family, only one needs to be submitted as part of this process, but if each parent files separate tax returns, it will be necessary to submit the tax returns from both parents.
3. Inform us of all the government grants and aids received as a family, CalFresh, Housing, Disability, Child Support, etc.
4. Apply for a CEF scholarship from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. You must complete the CEF process and present all your documents on time.
5. Make an appointment with the school principal before April 30,2020 to present your documents and discuss your need.
6. Fill out the Archdiocese Food Program Application. It is usually available and sent home in August 2020.
The final decision regarding financial assistance for your family will be communicated to you no later than 5 business days from your appointment with the school Principal.

Estimados padres que solicitan ayuda con el pago de la colegiatura,
La educación católica es un gran regalo que ustedes, como padres, nosotros, como escuela, parroquia y en general, la Arquidiócesis de Los Ángeles, queremos darles a todos nuestros hijos. Sin embargo, enfrentamos el serio desafío de tener suficientes recursos económicos para hacerlo.Sin colegiatura la escuela no puede existir.
En caso de circunstancias extremas, la escuela hace un esfuerzo para otorgar asistencia de colegiatura a las familias que cumplan con los requisitos necesarios:
1. Entregar el “Formulario de Solicitud de Asistencia de Colegiatura” a la Sra. Rivas antes del 30 de abril de 2020.
2. Entregar una copia de su declaración de impuestos más reciente. Si presenta los impuestos juntos como familia, solo se presenta uno, pero si cada padre presenta declaraciones de impuestos por separado, será necesario presentar las declaraciones de impuestos de ambos padres.
3. Infórmenos de todas las subvenciones y ayudas gubernamentales recibidas como familia, CalFresh, Vivienda, Disability, Manutención de los hijos, etc.
4. Solicitar una beca CEF de la Arquidiócesis de Los Ángeles. Debe completar el proceso CEF y presentar todos sus documentos a tiempo.
5. Hacer una cita con la directora de la escuela antes del 30 de abril de 2019 para presentar su caso.
6. Llenar la Solicitud del Programa de Alimentos de la Arquidiócesis. Estará disponible en agosto de 2020.
